At AERWEAR, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than receiving an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged.
Please carefully review your order, sizing, shipping information, and product details before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aerwearbiz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All products sold by AERWEAR are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact AERWEAR at aerwearbiz@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider so that we may attempt to resolve any issues directly.
