ORDER PROCESSING
Many AERWEAR products are produced in limited quantities and may be offered on a preorder basis. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and fulfillment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES
United States:
Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 2–7 business days.
International:
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
AERWEAR is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
AERWEAR is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with a shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
HIGH-RISK OR FRAUDULENT ORDERS
To protect our customers and business, AERWEAR reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refund any order that is flagged by our payment processor or fraud prevention systems for suspected fraudulent activity.
